Incentive Process.
Secure a House & Land package through one of our approved builders and receive a 2% buyer deposit incentive to help support your property journey.
How the incentive is paid:
First payment:Paid 10–15 days after the contract has been signed. (Cannot be used toward initial signing/deposit).
Second payment:Paid 10–15 days after the framing stage has been reached.

1. Estate Selection
Choose your preferred estate or build location from our extensive portfolio of approved developments.
2. Submit EOI
Submit a completed Expression of Interest (EOI) with all required documents attached. Incomplete EOIs will not be reviewed.
3. Zoom Verification
Book a 10-minute Zoom verification call using the calendar link. Video must be turned on during the session.
4. EOI Lodgement
Your EOI will be lodged with the builder for the build contract to be prepared and signed.
5. First Payment
Once the contract is signed and the initial deposit is paid, the first incentive payment is made within 10–15 days.
6. Framing Stage
Once the build reaches the framing stage, the second incentive payment is made within 10–15 days.
7. Zero Deposit Path
For many First Home Buyers, this may help you enter your first home with zero deposit, when combined with government grants.
